*Corky Vision*

I had a pretty good weekend. It was fairly uneventful, just the way I like my weekends to be. I did buy a DVD video cam which was the highlight of the weekend. It only cost me a kidney but it was worth it. Now I can video tape every moment of my kids life. Well, except the delivery. Allyson is not having any of that shit. Can't say that I blame her.

Purchasing the DVD cam also means that I can now launch my new production company, *Corky Vision*. We've got many exciting projects on the horizon. An evening with the Birdman, and a documentary about a Pay Lake I fish at just to name a couple.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to watch the Grammys last night. As soon as I heard that the Police were going to be performing together again I started projectile vomiting. Plus I had to be at work by 11:00. Sorry Justin Timberlake. I'm still your number one fan, please don't hate me because I'm beautiful. I did catch part of the Pro Bowl. It was nice to see the AFC win, even if scrubbing a toilet is more exciting then actually watching the game.

I've got a pretty busy week coming up. A friend of mine from Markleysburg, Pennsylvania named JR. is coming to visit. Also, Wednesday is D day. D stands for discovery. We learn the sex of our baby through ultrasound, hopefully. Very exciting stuff!

It's exciting. I found out with 2, and was surprised with 2. It is fun both ways.

When people asked me what I was hoping for, I always said, "A healthy baby!".

I will say, by the 4th child, after 2 boys and a girl, I was kind of rooting for a girl. But I love my boy, so it all worked out.
Good luck.
J.

I could have GIVEN you a very nice and expensive DV Video cam!!! I got it "in the divorce" instead of what I really wanted and deserved.

Now I have to throw it up on Craigslist or EBay. It could have been a present for my future god baby!

Holy cow I almost spit coffee all over my keyboard when I read that. My thoughts exactly, but shhh...don't tell anyone.

Can't wait for your post about "D Day," the suspense is killing me. Hope everyone is healthy and feeling great. I'll bet your wife is glowing right about now.

The Police are a great, great band you philistines! That said, I never watch the Grammys, cuz they are teh suck.

Best of luck with the ultrasound, Corks. Our shy and retiring little monster kept her sex a secret until our 2nd level 2, because she such a shrinking violet, don't you know.

We actually have trouble recording her now, because I once made the mistake of turning the LCD viewfinder around so she could see herself being filmed. Since then, we CANNOT bust out the camera without her running up and insisting on seeing herself. It's funny, but it's not exactly compelling cinema to watch your daughter run up to the camera and start yelling her name 10 times in a row.

Still, it's better than a Michael Bay movie.

We let it be a surprise when Metalgirl was born, but found out when Metalboy came along.

I bought a camcorder before Cameron was born, too. Heck no I didn't let Chris record the birth! No way!!!
This is the coolest idea EVER, and we did it for Cameron:
Videotape one minute a week of your new baby, and upload it onto a special file, or whatever. Do this every week until the baby is one.... and you have approximately one hour of footage to see the baby go from newborn to a whole year old! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE watching Cameron's tape...
Yeah, we were too busy (lazy) to film Lauren every week, so make sure you do it this time around!

Exciting stuff, for me I spent most of my time wondering about my unborn children's personalities (we didn't find out...well we did right at the end there). I say you bring a can of beer to the ultrasound and shotgun it in celebration.

Nice cam! Good idea not recording the actual birth. It's beautiful, but in a completely gross alien kind of way. There are some things better left unrecorded...

Maybe we can use "Corky Vision" to catch a glimpse of my buddy "shooting the winkle" at a Bon Jovi poster.

Just a suggestion.

Will Six seems to have a self imposed ban on the cupboard

What happened to us Willsix? Was it something I said?

Good luck with the ultrasound. I remember how cool it was watching Lucy and Ethel's. Of course I think I passed out when they revealed to embyros instead of one!
