On Friday January 2nd, 2009 at about 1:30 PM Captain Corky found out via ultrasound that he and wife Allyson are going to have a baby BOY sometime at the end of May.
I don't know why, but I'm completely astonished by the news that we are having another son. Aren't you? I mean what are the odds?
The day that we found out Max was a boy I spent the rest of the day grunting, pounding my chest and grabbing my balls. This time I was way too busy to grab my balls cause I was thinking about very important stuff like fishing trips, camping, leaving the toilet seat up and football games.
Yep, I'm pretty stoked. It was almost a perfect weekend except for the Colts getting knocked out of the NFL Playoffs on Saturday night, but I've moved on from that. Almost.

Yup she will be outnumbered, and have to learn to do lots of "boyish" things to be a part of everything. I finally had to get a girl dog, cuz I had so much testosterone floating around this house. hehehehehe

OMG, your baby is waving at you. That's the coolest ultrasound picture I've ever seen. Congrats, I love little boys, I had two girls first and when my son was born, I was also looking forward to fishing, soccer, baseball, teaching him all about the Phillies. I did this with my girls, but they grew out of it. They don't want to fish or go to ball games with thier Mom anymore :( Having a son is awesome !
